Some of our service providers are based in the United States. By placing an order or signing up for our newsletter, you consent to your personal information being transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate. We keep order records for as long as required by Canadian tax and accounting law (currently six years). Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept for up to two years to maintain support history. Analytics data is anonymized and retained per Google's default GA4 retention (14 months).

We use HTTPS across the site, modern hashed authentication for admin access, row-level security on our database, and rate limiting on public endpoints. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we apply industry standards to keep your data safe.
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers and newsletter subscribers.
