We ship across Canada and the United States, and accept select international orders worldwide. Carriers and delivery options are shown live at checkout based on your destination — Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS where available.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your package ships.
For shipments outside Canada, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the sunglasses come back to us unused and in original condition. Sunglasses are easy to inspect — visible wear, scratches, makeup residue, or damage will void the refund.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us or email support@deluxeyul.com within 48 hours of the tracking marking your package as delivered. Include a photo of the damage and your order number — we'll make it right immediately.
