DeLuxe sunglasses are sold "as is." Beyond the 30-day return window described in our Shipping & Returns policy, we provide no express or implied warranty against wear, scratches, damage from misuse, or general aging. Statutory warranties under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act remain unaffected to the extent they apply.
